Friday!!

Things are going well. Jackson is doing good in his new class at daycare and hasn't been bitten anymore lately. He is cutting his top teeth so maybe he will be able to defend himself soon! He had his one year check up the beginning of this month and had all his shots and they pricked his finger which was pitiful. He was 22.7 lbs and 30 inches I believe. He is doing great. He turned one on June 30th and we had a birthday party for him and cooked out on June 27th. I think he really enjoyed it, I know we enjoyed visiting with the family. I thought he would have made more of a mess with the cake but he just didn't get into it. Then the following weekend we had another party for him with Billy's parents. He had another small cake but still just didn't rip into it. I will have to post some pictures of that soon too. I have gotten so behind!

It was an eventful morning, I was drying my hair as usual then suddenly it stopped and sparks started flying out of it into my hand and now I have a little hole burned in my hand with black stuff all over it from the cord I guess. I wasn't very fun, painful actually. So I start yelling and Billy jumps up running and it woke Jackson up too! Then to make it worse, I threw it down when my hand started burning and it landed on my nice white bath mat which now has black marks on it. Oh, well.
